The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Ali厉害的地方就在于，不会让你在观看影片时单独读到他演技的存在，一切那么柔和，融入在电影和情节里面。
没有猎奇式的阴谋和反转，就是讲述科技如何以人为本的温暖故事。

这是我看过的所有关于克隆人题材电影里最具人情味的一部，没有之一。但是我依然对克隆人的事情持反对态度，和电影无关，纯伦理。电影的软科幻很“黑镜”，题材也是，全片节奏很稳，看起来很舒服，可惜是在讨论一个悲伤的话题。如果是我，死亡不算什么，让家人看着我死亡，何尝不是双方的解脱。以上。

怎么说呢，克隆一个健康的自己替自己活下去并陪伴亲人，脑洞实在是可以。不过都能删除增加记忆了，这世界之大，可供操作的地方之多，估计也就富人能够真正享受到对应福利，而穷人们指不定哪天就被改了记忆，不再像曾经的自己。而且本意也许是好的，但是却也改变了正常的生存伦理，后患无穷

题材很老套，但是处理方法会跟以前的片子有些不同，非常隽永。喜欢整体的视觉效果，颇有东方的禅意。
不理解让克隆人代替自己生活，不管初心是什么，伴侣/家人需要知道真相。所以看不太下去。
上一次让人感到这么无力是看《星运里的错》……
