剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     节奏慢的令人发指，虽然说有不少童话色彩在内，也有一些特效，可拖沓的故事，空洞的主题，很小的格局，都是让人很难坚持，就算看完，也没有恢弘的场面，更没有惊心动魄的战斗，于是男主个人的成长真心还是蛮无趣的。

    【2.5】依旧拥有A24的独立调性：一种纵使风格千变万化但仍以优秀审美和求异心理所延续的精神。可惜本片不成体系的符号植入过多，节奏亦在拖累，让本应赏心悦目的风格之旅在某些时刻显得无比滞重。大卫·洛维的能力自然是不高，说句俗套的话叫只有佳句而无佳章。回头看去，《鬼魅浮生》更像个美丽的意外。
